I invite you to join me for an in person group class where together we move, explore, breath, and become curious (with a few laughs) as we move forward on your wellbeing journey.
Classes include:
· Flowing & accessible movement that are adaptable to all bodies and abilities– sorry no handstands here!
· Therapeutic tools & techniques to aid the body & bone strength, joint mobility, stability, self-regulation & vibrant wellbeing.
· Myofascial techniques with the aid of massage balls & other props to reach those deeper tissues & release tension.
· Breath awareness & techniques to calm & aid in creating focus.
· Relaxation or meditation to finish off with a rested and more balanced body, mind and soul.
All classes open to all levels, please bring your own mat and bookings essential.
