Asking yourself why you need a personalised practice? I get it, isn’t a yoga class good enough - yes absolutely a yoga class is great but your teacher is working with many abilities and therefore the yoga may not be fitting where you are currently at in life.
Personalised Yoga Therapy Sessions are all about you - working with your time abilities, your physical abilities and any health or medical hiccups you maybe carrying. It’s like going out and getting a tailor-made pair of shoes rather than just buying of the rack in the shoe shop!
Let me share with you what is included:
An initial consult call so we can get to know each other and you can share what you would like to achieve in our sessions together. We will set an intention or purpose while always being mindful of what time you have available, your current abilities and any medical or health conditions that may affected your practice.
Options of either a one off session or 3 x 1 hr yoga therapy sessions. Together we develop and create a personalised sustainable, supported practice that fits your time, well-being and abilities always with your intention in mind and inviting the yoga to meet you where you are so that you feel confident in what you are creating as your practice. As a yoga therapist through out the sessions I will always be mindful of your safety and keeping the practice open to your abilities while holding a safe with no judgement.
Follow up consult call where we touch base to see how the practice is working into your everyday life and to celebrate your devotion to creating something that is for you because you matter!!!
