Don’t feel comfortable in a group class or just never seem to be able to make it? Perhaps there is a part of you that just needs some support or boost to give you a jump start.
Private sessions give you the flexibility of time and ability to focus on what is needed for you in the present moment with a customised session between just you and me! Whether it’s support getting moving again, a jump start to increase energy or you just need some personal space to be - whatever your reason then private session are a great fit for you.
These one off sessions are available online and also in person and are a great way to put yourself into the drivers seat of your own health and well-being in a safe space.
Private sessions include:
1 hour yoga class customised with your goal or intention at the heart of that session
modifications to support your body and maintain a safe practice for you
Guided break down of poses
One-on-one class with fully trained and experience yoga teacher/therapist
What next?
Choose which option is for you - online or in person
Select a time that suits you and is available on through the booking system
Online option - a zoom link will be provided for you to click onto 10 mins prior to your scheduled session.
In person will receive an email confirmation and reminder regarding your session. Please come 10 minutes prior and bring your mat.
An email will be sent in regards to what your intention or goal of the session is so that it can be customised to suit you - and then we are ready to rumble!
