Hey there, welcome to Kindred Yoga!
I am thrilled to have you here and super excited to share my passion for movement, exploration of the body and finding vibrancy within yourself and wellbeing.
It is such a pleasure to feel like you have your hand on the steering wheel of your own well-being! Here at Kindred Yoga the practices provided are created to be adapted and meet you where you currently stand in your health and well-being journey! We have all been in a place where we just don’t feel like we fit in…..that is not this space, here we are for the everyday person and it doesn’t matter your journey to this point. What matters is that you matter, your health and well-being matters and your journey forward matters - don’t ever forget that - even during the crappy moments!
